A Story of Connection

How Performance & Healing Became One

Queen Ravenden
Aerialist. Stilt Walker. Dancer
Licensed Creative Arts Therapist
Health Coach. Herbalist & Spiritual Guide

Greetings! I'm Queen Ravenden, pronouns (she/her/hers), and I am in love with empowering people to take control of their lives and heal themselves through herbs, live foods, letting go of past traumas, and taking on a holistic lifestlye. I specialize in serving women, BIPOC, LGBQ+, and TGNC people.

I have worked with people of all ages, sexual assault survivors, the LGBTQ+ community, low-income people facing severe mental illness, those affected by anxiety/depression/low self-esteem, among many others.

Twin Eclipse: NYC's Premiere Black Aerial Duo
Outside of the office, I have more than 20 years of performance experience with a wide variety of skills ranging from aerial performance in music videos with artists such as Nitty Scott & Denzel Curry, dancing weekly at The House of Yes, stilt-walking in festivals like Bonnaroo & Life Is Beautiful, and so much more.

From 2017-2020, I traveled the world with my partner as "Twin Eclipse: NYC's Premiere Black Duo Aerialists." My journey as a dancer and circus performer opened my eyes to the world of using the arts and performance to heal.

I believe we all deserve a life of wellness and longevity. It is our birthright! We have inherited Mother Earth, who provides us with live foods and herbs for our healing. The healing begins with ourselves. From there, we can heal our family, our community, our nation, and then the world.
